Matej was at the very beginning of our DESET technology (though it had different name back then) and he made sure it was working properly on daily basis, acting as a project manager, geology specialist and technologist at the same time.
Matej has proven to be a great leader to our execution team, which eventually lead to him becoming a head of Execution. As PROGROUPE grew and demand for our own production department became evident, Matej had that covered as well.
